Green Sand (5 lb bag)

E. B. Stone Green Sand Soil Amendment

E. B. Stone Green Sand is a mineral-based soil amendment supplied in a convenient 5 lb bag for gardens, raised beds, and container mixes. Greensand forms from ancient marine deposits and contains potassium, iron, magnesium, and other naturally occurring mineral constituents. It is used as part of a broader soil-improvement or fertility program rather than as a fast correction for a plant problem.

• Best fit: Small gardens, raised beds, and custom soil blends
• Form: Dry mineral amendment
• Use: Spread evenly and incorporate into soil where practical
• Planning: Base application on soil conditions and the current package directions

Apply only at the labeled rate, avoid breathing dust, and water the treated area as directed. A soil test can help determine whether potassium or other mineral additions are appropriate. Account for compost and other fertilizers already applied so the soil is not amended unnecessarily.
