Glute Ham Slider

The perfect posterior chain pulverizer, the Glute Ham Slider allows you to tuck your heels or toes into to perform a multitude of hamstring blasting movements or use the handles for ab rolls and other creative upper body exercises. Use the eyelet to connect to a cable machine for even more versatility.

The heavy-duty wheels and black powder coat provide durability, rust resistance, and a smooth ride with a space-efficient design that makes storage simple.

At a fraction of the space & cost of the Reverse Hammer 2-in-1 GHD, pair it with resistance bands or a glute loop for an even harder workout.

Grab the Mini version for single-leg targeting & even more space savings!
