Garlic Bulb (Softneck) - Messidor

A reliable softneck variety offering a smooth, mellow garlic flavor that sweetens when roasted, Messidor Garlic is an excellent choice for both fresh and lightly cooked dishes. Its large, creamy-white bulbs and cloves add subtle depth to salad dressings, aioli, and baked breads without overpowering other flavors. Messidor also stores well with a long dormancy and shows a good resistance to colder climates for a softneck variety.
