Garden Gathering Basket | Amish Harvest & Farmers Market Basket

This large Amish woven wicker farmer's market basket and grocery tote with handle carries the morning's picking and the market haul. This basket’s 5” tall sides (12” tall overall if you include its stationary handle height) make it a practical basket for carrying a full load with just one hand. The bent wood handle is fixed in place. This wicker gathering basket makes a lovely garden basket for picking anything from green beans to tomatoes to flowers. This rustic country farmer's market basket is large enough to hold a family sized haul from the farmer’s market or grocery store but compact enough to sit nicely in the back seat or trunk of your car. Use this handy sized basket to carry anything from baked goods from your kitchen, pack and carry a picnic, or to keep any needed items organized and easy to transport from place to place. This versatile wicker gathering basket is also handy to keep around the home and kitchen for storage of things like cleaning supplies or craft projects. A cloth liner sewn to fit this basket, protective feet and an engraved brass plate are each optional on this page; the basket ships unlined, and the liner and contents in some of the photos are not included. This basket is handcrafted in the Heartland of the USA and signed by the Amish crafter.
