French Fitness Tahoe Prone Leg Curl / Leg Extension (New)

The French Fitness Tahoe Prone Leg Curl / Leg Extension is built for buyers who want a dedicated prone hamstring curl position while still keeping leg extension training in the same selectorized station. It is a strong lower-body piece for facilities that want a more training-focused hamstring setup without adding a second standalone machine.

Key Highlights

• Dual-function selectorized station for prone leg curls and leg extensions.
• Good choice when hamstring curl positioning is a key buyer decision.
• Combines two lower-body movements in one Tahoe selectorized machine.
• Choose between a 220 lb (100 kg) standard stack and a 308 lb (140 kg) heavy stack before adding to cart.
• Backed by French Fitness core coverage: Lifetime Frame / 10-Year Parts / 1-Year Labor.

Weight Stack Options

This machine includes a standard 220 lb (100 kg) selectorized weight stack, with an optional upgrade to a 308 lb (140 kg) heavy stack (+$299) available. Choose the weight-stack option above before adding to cart. For multi-user commercial settings, training studios, or stronger users, consider upgrading to the heavier stack so the machine stays useful across a wider range of members.

Why Choose the Prone Version?

Choose the prone version when hamstring curl positioning matters more than easy seated entry. This setup gives users a dedicated prone leg curl feel while still including leg extension functionality, making it a practical dual-use lower-body station for serious training rooms and commercial strength circuits.

Prone vs. Seated Version

Choose this prone version if you want a lying hamstring curl setup and a more training-focused lower-body station. Choose the seated version if easier entry, general facility use, and a more familiar seated position are more important. See the French Fitness Tahoe Seated Leg Curl / Leg Extension.
