Performing a leg press using Smith machine stations is dangerous because the bar could easily roll off your foot and onto your chest, the French Fitness Leg Press Plate eliminates that danger. With a 20" x 15" platform there's no way the bar could slip away. The French Fitness Leg Press Plate is suitable for any user height. Can be used with French Fitness FSR60 Functional Smith & Squat Rack Home Gym and French Fitness FSR70 Dual Cable Smith & Half Rack System.
