Fort Laramie is a cold-hardy, everbearing strawberry suited to gardens with cold winters. Everbearing plants generally produce an early crop and a second, lighter crop later in the season; timing and crop size vary with climate and care.

• Plant form: dormant bare-root strawberry crowns
• Harvest type: everbearing, with more than one seasonal crop under suitable conditions
• Fruit: sweet red berries for fresh eating, desserts, and preserves
• Site: full sun, well-draining soil, and consistent moisture
• Climate: frequently recommended for cold-winter gardens
