Fennel Seed - Whole

Fennel Seeds have a taste that is similar to Anise or Licorice.

They are often used in breads, cakes, cookies and hot drinks, such as spiced tea. Fennel is also used to flavor butter, cheese spreads and salad dressings. Use it on game meat, or add it to cabbage, beets, pickles, lentils and potatoes.
