Description
Built for Businesses That Are Growing
Every Falcon ships pre-assembled on a modular floor-rolling frame with a rotary vane pump, commercial-grade fittings, and room to add storage, UV, or pre-treatment as your demand increases.
Modular Floor-Rolling Frame
Powder-coated steel frame is pre-drilled for accessories and future upgrades. Open-frame design provides full access to every component for fast, easy servicing.
Rotary Vane Pump
Commercial-grade rotary vane pump included on every model. It delivers consistent pressure for reliable membrane performance across the full production range.
Double O-Ring Pre-Filters
5-micron sediment filter with double O-ring posi-seal technology. Zero bypass means 100% of your feed water gets filtered, protecting membranes and extending their life.
TDS Quality In & Out
Dual TDS monitoring lets you track feed and product water quality in real time, so you always know your system is performing and can catch issues before they affect output.
Flexible Storage Options
Choose from 80–250 gallon bladder or atmospheric tanks depending on your demand profile. Atmospheric tanks with float valve allow continuous production without pressure cycling.
Scalable & Upgradable
Modular design grows with your business. Add UV sterilization, delivery pump, automated tank-level controls, or pre-treatment without replacing the core system.

"We went with the 1500 GPD because it met our current needs but gave us room to grow. Our US Water rep explained that adding a third membrane down the road would boost production by over 30%, just a single part swap without replacing the whole system. That kind of flexibility made the decision easy."

How the Falcon Connects
The Falcon is designed for atmospheric storage with a delivery pump. Purified water fills an open atmospheric tank; a float valve automates fill cycles, and a delivery pump provides consistent pressure to your point of use.
Shown with optional delivery pump, UV sterilization, and antiscalant injection system.
Atmospheric Tank & Delivery Pump
The Falcon fills an open atmospheric tank. A float valve controls fill; optional UV keeps stored water bacteria-free. A delivery pump pushes treated water to the point of use at consistent pressure.
- Large storage, 80 to 250+ gallon bladder or atmospheric tanks typical
- Float valve automates fill cycles
- Delivery pump provides consistent pressure to equipment
- Ideal for car wash, greenhouse, and commercial use
Built for These Businesses
Wherever your operation requires consistent, high-volume purified water without the complexity of full industrial infrastructure, the Falcon delivers.
Car Wash & Detailing
Spot-free rinse water for final washes, detailing, and ceramic coatings, consistent RO purity every time.
Greenhouses & Hydroponics
Purified water where consistency directly impacts plant health, nutrient uptake, and crop yield.
Food Service & Restaurants
Clean water for cooking, ice-making, produce washing, and spotless glassware across the kitchen.
Manufacturing
Process water, rinse water, and high-purity feed for equipment, consistent quality for production, cooling, and finishing.
Falcon vs. the Competition
Most commercial RO providers rely on imported components, long lead times, and limited after-sale support. We took a different approach.
<7 day shipping, typically ships within a week
American-made, designed, built & tested in the USA
Up to 75% water recovery, saving thousands in water costs
Powder-coated steel frame, 15+ year service life
1-year money-back guarantee + lifetime expert support
Modular & scalable, add storage, UV, pre-treatment without replacing core system
Typical Competitors
8–12 week lead times, delayed projects and lost revenue
Imported components, vulnerable to tariffs and supply-chain disruption
~50% water recovery, wasting half the water you pay for
Inferior materials, 5–8 year lifespan before corrosion
Limited warranties, 1–2 years with restrictive fine print
Fixed configurations, outgrow it and you replace the whole system
Frequently Asked Questions
Can't find the answer? Our certified water specialists are available by phone to walk you through sizing, configuration, and installation.
Call (800) 608-8792The Maverick Lite is a compact wall- or floor-mount system designed for 200–750 GPD, ideal for coffee shops, dental offices, and small labs. The Falcon is a larger skid-mounted platform with a rotary vane pump, designed for 500–2,000 GPD, built for operations like car washes, greenhouses, and food service that need higher volume and room to scale.
No, every Falcon model includes a commercial-grade rotary vane pump. The 500 GPD includes a ½ HP motor; the 1,000, 1,500, and 2,000 GPD models include a ¾ HP motor. The pump is pre-installed and tested before shipping.
Yes, the Falcon supports both city and well water sources. Well water typically requires additional pre-treatment (softening, iron removal, etc.) to meet feed water requirements. Contact our specialists with your water test results and we'll design the right pre-treatment package.
Standard recovery rates range from 26–58% depending on model. With the optional concentrate recycle feature, all models can achieve up to 75% recovery, meaning 75% of your feed water becomes usable permeate. This significantly reduces water waste and operational cost.
Bladder tanks (80 or 120 gallon) are pressurized, great for point-of-use delivery without an additional pump. Atmospheric tanks (80, 140, or 250 gallon) hold more water and allow continuous production via float valve, but require a delivery pump for pressurized distribution. Our specialists can help you match tank size to your daily demand pattern.
Order by 12 PM EST and the Falcon ships the very next business day, fully assembled, tested, and ready to install. No 8–12 week lead times like most commercial RO providers.
What Business Owners Say
Our detail shop runs the Falcon daily and the water quality has been flawless. Spot-free rinses every time, and it shipped in two days. The atmospheric tank keeps up with our peak demand easily.
We switched from an imported system that took 10 weeks to arrive. The Falcon was on our dock in 2 days and the modular frame made adding UV sterilization later a breeze. Huge upgrade.
The Falcon runs clean water for our entire kitchen, ice machines, steamers, and dish rinse. Their support team sized the system perfectly and it's been rock-solid for over a year.
