Escarole Eliance Organic Seed

With an upright habit for ease of harvest, heat tolerance, and strong resistance to bolting, Eliance is an exceptional escarole type. Dark green smooth leaves fill out tight heads that harvest cleanly. Try covering with blanching caps the week before harvest for the best internal color and sweetness!
