Emerald Snow® Loropetalum

Meet Emerald Snow® Loropetalum — the showy green loropetalum that wears a coat of pure white blooms. This striking shrub brings together lustrous emerald-green foliage with sprays of fragrant white flowers, making it one of the most elegant white loropetalum varieties. In spring, its branches look like they’ve been dusted with snow — a visual delight in any garden.

Though technically a Chinese fringe flower (Loropetalum chinense), Emerald Snow leans more toward a fine-textured hedge or accent, rather than the dark-purple foliage you may associate with other loropetalum types. It matures around 4–6 ft tall and 3–4 ft wide — a compact, semi-evergreen shrub that fits beautifully in borders, foundation plantings, or as a softly cascading screen. Occasional reblooming through summer and fall gives it extra appeal.

If you're hunting for a loropetalum bush with fresh green foliage and elegant white flowers, Emerald Snow is your plant. It’s ideal when you want contrast against darker shrubs, or to brighten a shady corner with softly glowing color.
