Elrond's Celtic Crown Elvish Tattoo Design

The crown worn by Elrond, the Elf-Lord of Rivendell, in the movie Lord of the Rings. Slightly adapted to make it symmetrical and flowing, it makes a perfect anklet as shown here or would work equally well as an armband.
