These Dutch true baby carrots with sweet flavor and uniformly bright orange color offer gardeners top quality treats that are great for snacking! They germinate and grow quickly with a smooth cylindrical shape and blunt tips. Pull Adelaide carrots carefully by their compact tufts for mini carrots at 3 to 4 inches long. These fine fleshed crunchy carrots retain their mini size even at maturity and make for delicious, healthy eating raw or quickly cooked.
