Short Almond takes the tapered, softly pointed silhouette of the standard Almond shape and compresses it into a shorter overall length — for clients who like the almond point but don't want it extending as far past the fingertip.

Why Length Alone Changes the Look

A tapered point reads very differently depending on how much nail sits beyond it. On a longer Almond form, the taper has room to build gradually into a dramatic point. Shrink that same taper down, and the point arrives sooner, giving a rounder, more compact impression even though the underlying shape hasn't changed — just its overall proportions.

1. Standard prep and cuticle care
2. Ultrabond acid-free primer
3. Thin layer of Rubber Base, cure 1 min UV / 30 sec LED-hybrid
4. Apply material to the form's inner side, secure to the nail
5. Cure 1–2 minutes in a 36/48W hybrid lamp
6. Remove by clamping the sides
7. Shape with a file and carbide cutter
8. Clean residue, seal with a Builder Gel top coat
