Cucurbita pepo 105 days. One of the most popular heirloom squash, Delicata is still today one of the finest winter squashes you can grow. Produces cream-colored, loaf-shaped fruit with dark green longitudinal stripes and flecks. The 7–9 inch long, 4 inch wide fruit have fine-textured, light orange flesh that is delicious.
