Features & Benefits

Plate Loaded Pullover Training

The DS-1004 gives users a dedicated pullover station for training the lats, upper back, chest, and supporting shoulder muscles through a guided movement pattern.

Angled Seat Positioning

The angled seat helps place users in a stable training position, supporting better control throughout the pullover movement.

Optimized Shoulder Extension

The movement path is designed to support shoulder extension while helping reduce unnecessary stress on the shoulder joints. This helps users train with more comfort and control.

Stable Upper-Body Support

The machine is built to help users stay supported during each repetition, allowing them to focus on the pullover motion instead of balancing free weights.

Plate Loaded Resistance

The plate loaded design allows users to increase or decrease resistance based on strength level, training goals, and workout progression.

Four Integrated Storage Pegs

The DS-1004 includes four storage pegs for convenient plate and accessory organization. This helps keep the training area cleaner and more efficient.

Commercial Facility Build

The machine is designed for repeated use in commercial gyms, athletic facilities, and strength training spaces that need dependable plate loaded equipment.
