Features & Benefits

Iso-Lateral Row Design

The DS-1006 uses independent movement arms so each side of the body can move separately. This helps support balanced strength development while allowing users to train the back, shoulders, and arms with more control.

Diverging Rowing Motion

The independent movement arms move at a diverging angle for a greater range of motion. This supports a natural pulling path and helps users target the back through a strong rowing movement.

Multi-Grip Handle Options

The machine includes multiple grip options, including a wide grip position and a narrow palms-facing grip position. This gives users more training variety and allows them to adjust hand placement based on comfort, body position, and training goals.

Large Footplate and Chest Pad Support

The large footplate and chest pad help stabilize the user during each rep. This allows lifters to focus more on back engagement, pulling control, and muscle concentration.

Adjustable Seat Height

The adjustable seat height accommodates most users and helps lifters find the right rowing position based on body size and preferred pulling angle.

Gas Spring Assisted Seat Adjustment

The gas spring assisted seat design makes adjustments easier, especially in busy commercial gyms where multiple users train on the same machine throughout the day.

Heavy-Duty Frame Construction

The DS-1006 is built with 2" x 3" square tubing to support stability and repeated use in commercial fitness settings.

Integrated Weight Storage

The machine includes two integrated weight horns for multiple size weight plates. This keeps plates close to the machine and helps maintain a cleaner training area.
