Features & Benefits

Iso-Lateral Low Row Design

The DS-1005 uses iso-lateral movement arms, allowing each side of the body to work independently. This helps support balanced strength development and controlled back training.

Diverging Rowing Motion

The diverging movement pattern helps create a natural rowing path. This gives users a smooth pulling motion while training the back, shoulders, arms, and upper-body pulling muscles.

Bent-Over Dumbbell Row Style Movement

This machine is designed to replicate the motion of a bent-over dumbbell row while giving users the stability of a seated plate-loaded machine. It is a strong option for back development without requiring users to maintain a bent-over position with free weights.

Dual Grip Positions

The dual grip design gives users more pulling options and training variety. Different grip choices can help adjust muscle emphasis and improve comfort during rowing movements.

Adjustable Seat Height

The adjustable seat height accommodates most users and helps lifters find the correct rowing position based on body size, arm length, and training preference.

Gas Spring Assisted Seat Adjustment

The gas spring assisted seat design makes seat adjustments easier, which is helpful in busy commercial gym environments where multiple users train on the same machine.

Two Foot Positions

The DS-1005 includes two different foot positions, helping users find a stable setup for better pulling control and body positioning during each rep.

Heavy-Duty Frame Construction

The machine is built with 2" x 3" square tubing to support stability and repeated use in commercial fitness settings.

Integrated Weight Storage

The machine includes four integrated weight-storage horns to keep Olympic plates organized, accessible, and off the floor during training.
