Features & Benefits

Glute Ham Developer Training

The DS-939 is built for glute ham raises, back extensions, hip extensions, sit-ups, and posterior chain development. It helps users strengthen the hamstrings, glutes, lower back, and core through controlled bodyweight movements.

Two Adjustable Components

This GHD includes two key adjustable components to help users find a more customized setup. This improves fit, comfort, and exercise positioning for athletes of different sizes.

Swingarm-Style Rear Post Adjustment

The swingarm-style rear post adjustment allows users to modify the distance between the rear footplate and the split foam pads. This makes setup easier and helps support proper positioning during each exercise.

Height-Adjustable Rear Footplate

The rear footplate adjusts in height to accommodate a wide range of users. This helps improve alignment and comfort during glute ham raises and back extension movements.

Split High-Density Foam Pads

The split foam pad design gives users stable support during training while allowing proper hip and torso positioning for GHD movements.

Large Platform for Easy Setup

The large platform helps users step in, position themselves, and set up more comfortably before starting the exercise.

Band Peg Training Options

Standard band pegs allow resistance bands to be used at different engagement points, adding more training variety for athletes and strength programs.

Commercial Strength Design

The DS-939 is built for repeated use in commercial gyms, school weight rooms, and athletic training facilities that need dependable posterior chain equipment.
