Introduction

The Defiant Strength Abdominal Oblique Crunch Machine – DS-1015 is designed for focused abdominal and oblique training in commercial gyms, school weight rooms, collegiate strength facilities, athletic performance centers, and serious training spaces.

Built with a dual-motion mechanism, this machine engages the abdominal wall by allowing the upper body to move downward while the lower body moves upward. The dual-action swivel seat helps target both sets of oblique muscles, making the DS-1015 a strong addition to any core training area.

With a Matte Black frame, Black upholstery, and a compact plate-loaded design, this abdominal oblique crunch machine supports controlled core training for users who want to strengthen the abs, obliques, and trunk.

Features & Benefits

Dual-Motion Crunch Design

The DS-1015 uses a dual-motion mechanism where the upper body moves downward while the lower body moves upward. This helps create a more complete abdominal contraction during each rep.

Oblique Training Support

The dual-action swivel seat allows users to target both sets of oblique muscles. This makes the machine useful for core rotation, side abdominal development, and trunk strength training.

Focused Abdominal Engagement

This machine is built to engage the abdominal wall through a guided movement pattern. It helps users train the abs with more structure compared to floor-based crunch variations.

Plate Loaded Resistance

The plate-loaded design allows users to increase or decrease resistance based on training level and program goals. This makes it suitable for progressive core training in commercial facilities.

Supportive Seat and Back Pad Design

The padded seat and back support help keep users stable during the movement, allowing them to focus on controlled abdominal and oblique engagement.

Compact Core Training Station

With a 44 1/2" width and 44 1/2" length, the DS-1015 provides a dedicated core training option without taking up excessive floor space.

Commercial Training Build

The DS-1015 is designed for repeated use in gym and performance settings, making it a practical machine for core training areas and plate-loaded equipment sections.
