Description
Engineered Where It Matters
Every Defender module ships ready to integrate, with industrial-grade components spec'd for continuous duty and minimal downtime.
Stainless Steel Membrane Housings
300-series stainless steel pressure vessels resist corrosion and maintain seal integrity through thousands of operating cycles.
2-Year Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty
Every non-consumable component is covered for 2 full years from the date of purchase. Consumables and membranes are excluded, and we make reordering them simple.
Membrane Flush System
Automated membrane flush reduces scaling and fouling, extending membrane life and keeping rejection rates consistent over time.
US100 Smart Controller
On-board TDS monitoring, low-pressure cutoff, tank-full shutoff, and membrane flush scheduling, all from one digital interface.
Double O-Ring Pre-Filter
5-micron sediment pre-filter with a double O-ring seal. Protects membranes from particulate and ensures leak-free operation under pressure.
American-Made Multistage Booster Pump
Stainless steel, multistage booster pump is the heart of the system. Built in the USA for continuous duty and reliable permeate flow at scale.
Choose Your Defender
Every Defender is rated in gallons per day (GPD), but the right system for your operation is sized to real-time peak demand, not just daily volume. Our team will match a configuration to your flow requirements so you never over-spec or under-deliver.

"We needed a replacement RO system after our previous unit never worked right. US Water rushed our order and shipped it in 48 hours. We were back online in less than 5 days. We can't say enough about their support."

How the Defender Works
A complete purification process that strips up to 98.5% of dissolved solids from your feed water, delivering consistent permeate quality around the clock.
Sediment Pre-Filter
Double O-ring 5-micron filter captures particulate, protecting membranes from premature fouling and damage.
Pre-TreatmentWebtrol Booster Pump
American-made stainless steel multi-stage centrifugal pump is the heart of the system. Built for continuous duty and reliable pressure.
Core SystemWaterlogix RO Membranes
High-rejection Waterlogix 4040 TFC membranes remove up to 98.5% of dissolved solids, organics, and contaminants under pressure.
Core PurificationConcentrate Recycle
Reject water is recirculated through the membrane array to push water recovery rates up to 80%, reducing waste.
Water RecoveryPermeate Storage
Purified water is stored in your chosen atmospheric tank (100–1,000 gal) with automatic tank-full shutoff via the US100 controller.
StoragePermeate Flush
After each production cycle, the system automatically flushes the membranes with purified permeate water. This rinses away concentrated salts and contaminants before they can foul the membrane surface, significantly extending membrane life and maintaining peak rejection rates over time.

Performance based on municipal feedwater: dechlorinated, pre-filtered to 5 microns, 77°F, 65 PSI feed pressure, pH 7.0. Output and recovery vary with temperature, pressure, TDS, and water chemistry. Feed water must have <1 gpg hardness; free chlorine must be 0 ppm. Pre-treatment is required and not included with the system. Minimum feed flow is measured as dynamic flow at 30 PSI at the system inlet — see the Min Feed Flow (GPM) row above for each model's requirement. All models operate at 220V 60Hz 1PH (8.3A for 1.5 HP models, 10.2A for 3.0 HP models). Dimensions are system-only and do not include tanks or delivery pumps; allow clearance for installation, plumbing connections, and routine service access.

How the Defender Connects
The Defender is shown here in a typical commercial installation with carbon prefiltration, antiscalant injection, atmospheric storage, a delivery pump, and UV disinfection on the polish loop. Some of these components are standard, others are optional upgrades or add-ons your US Water engineer will spec to match your feed water, footprint, and point-of-use demand.
