Polar Ice opens from creamy, ball-type buds to brilliant white, fully double flowers, each with a soft greenish-cream glow at the center. The 4" flowers bloom on strong, free-flowering stems that reach about 36" tall. Bred by L.J.C.W. Berbee in 1992, this full sun-loving dahlia thrives in garden borders, beds, and a favorite for cut (wedding) bouquets.
