Each one-ounce zip bag makes 1 pound of fresh Chorizo. Use the contents of the zip bag of Chorizo Seasoning plus 1 tsp salt and combine into a pound of ground pork. Allow to sit in the fridge for at least 30 mins - overnight is even better!
