The Cheyenne Fixed Grip lets you take advantage of the Cheyenne cartridge system with your preferred rotary or coil tattoo machines. The cartridge system can now accommodate more than 40 different needle cartridges and its simple replacement allows tattoo artists to focus on their work without hassle – hygienic and creative tattooing has never been easier. The 19mm Fixed Grip is manufactured from high quality stainless steel and includes a needle bar. Please note that the needle depth cannot be adjusted with the Fixed Grip.
