Chaos Tattoo with Celtic Star Design

This piece started with the Rosaleen design, a very traditional Celtic knot, but the client wanted it very small and as lines only, adding eight arrows to resemble a chaos symbol, so that to my eye it begins to look like an Icelandic vegvisir rune. I did a little bit of thick and thin to emphasize the arrows and the inner section that now is evocative of a shamrock. A tattoo signpost for travels, for one whose life is guided by Eris.
