Buckwheat Pillow

The Sobakawa buckwheat pillows, rooted in Japanese tradition, have been a staple in Asian cultures for centuries, revered as a comforting cervical pillow. Today, they enjoy widespread popularity, especially among those seeking naturally derived sleep aids. Made with the finest buckwheat hulls and organic cotton covers, our buckwheat pillows adapt to the unique contours of your head and neck, offering personalized support that helps out with neck sores, headaches, migraines, muscle tension, etc.

Every pillow comes with a zippered cover, so you can easily add and remove the buckwheat hulls to get the exact loft and firmness you want. Want a taller, more supportive pillow for side sleeping? Add more hulls. Prefer something lower and softer for stomach sleeping? Remove some. This flexibility makes the buckwheat pillow a truly versatile choice for different sleep styles.

At Turmerry, we prioritize your well-being by offering certified safe, sustainable, eco-friendly choices. That’s why we source our buckwheat hulls from the Midwest, USA. They do not contain any added color or synthetic substances. You'll be sidestepping exposure to the harsh chemicals often present in polyester and foam pillows.

The outer cover is made from breathable organic cotton that feels gentle against your skin while letting air flow freely. Inside, the buckwheat hulls naturally promote ventilation, keeping the pillow cool throughout the night. And because the materials are durable and slow to break down, you’re looking at a pillow that can last for years with proper care.
