Features & Benefits

Patented Reverse Crunch Technology

The GAB100B uses reverse crunch technology to synchronize upper and lower abdominal movement. This helps users train the full abdominal region in one controlled motion.

Counter-Balanced Design

The counter-balance system allows beginners, recovering users, or users who want lighter resistance to reduce the load. Advanced users can add Olympic plates to increase resistance.

Variable Resistance with Weight Plates

The Olympic 2" plate posts allow users to adjust resistance by adding or removing Olympic plates. This makes the machine useful for different training levels.

Upper Back and Head Support

The design helps support the head and upper back throughout the crunch movement, helping users maintain better alignment during each repetition.

Commercial Steel Frame

The GAB100B is built with a commercial-grade steel frame for stable support during abdominal training.

DuraFirm™ Padding

The ergonomic DuraFirm™ pads help provide a firm and comfortable training surface during core exercises.
