Beefsteak Tomato - Alice’s Dream

A beautiful beefsteak variety rich in anthocyanin, Alice’s Dream produces large, slightly flattened fruits with vibrant orange-yellow skin and striking deep purple-indigo shoulders. The dense, meaty interiors are golden yellow marbled with red, offering a complex, well-balanced flavor that is sweet and savory with fruity notes – a hit with our taste testers! Vigorous, productive plants are indeterminate, yielding bountiful harvests resistant to cracking and sunscald. Fruits are tasty and beautiful sliced into salads or on sandwiches.
