Three full-size sleeping surfaces can fit into one flexible setup when the extra bed is stored beneath the lower bunk. This dark cherry full-over-full end-ladder bunk includes a pull-out full trundle, giving the room two full-size bunks plus a third full-size bed when needed. The four-step end ladder keeps the main frame 20" shorter overall than the stairway version and can be positioned at either end toward the front or back, leaving the front open for the trundle to roll out.

Solid Brazilian pine construction with no particleboard gives the main bunk a solid base, and you can later separate the frame into two full-size beds if you rearrange the room. The full trundle adds another generous sleeping surface without requiring a permanently separate bed, while the dark cherry-stained finish gives the setup a classic furniture look.
