Beas Kohlrabi

42 days. The first of its kind, and a beautiful complement to purple and green varieties, Beas is perfectly pearly white inside and out, with a delicately sweet flavor. The flawlessly uniform crops produce bulbs 2-3 inches wide with light green stems and foliage. A must-grow variety for kohlrabi fans.
