Description
Micronized Azomite for Farms and Large Gardens
Azomite Micronized in the original 44 lb bag is an ultra-fine natural mineral product derived from a mineral deposit in Utah. It supplies a broad spectrum of naturally occurring trace elements and is used to supplement mineral programs in farms, orchards, vineyards, landscapes, and large gardens. Its fine particle size supports even blending into soil and carefully managed suspension applications.
Why Choose the 44 lb Bag?
- Original bulk package for broad-acre or repeated use.
- Micronized texture for soil blends and properly agitated applications.
- Contains naturally occurring calcium, magnesium, potassium, and trace elements.
- OMRI Listed and CDFA registered for use in organic production.
Application
Use the current package directions for your crop and application method. Rates vary widely by setting; measure accurately, maintain agitation for suspension applications, and confirm equipment screen and nozzle compatibility. For smaller home-garden projects, choose the 2 lb repack, which is not represented as organic.

Using Trace-Mineral Amendments Responsibly
Azomite is a mineral amendment, not a complete fertilizer and not a substitute for correcting pH, drainage, salinity, or specific nutrient deficiencies. Use soil and tissue testing to identify the broader fertility need, and account for other mineral products already in the program. When blending with compost, potting media, or dry fertilizer, distribute the fine powder evenly to avoid concentrated pockets.
Handling the Micronized Powder
Minimize dust while measuring and pouring. For spray or irrigation use, follow the current package directions, maintain continuous agitation, and confirm screens and nozzles are appropriate for suspended mineral particles. Make a small compatibility test before combining it with other inputs. Store the sealed bag in a dry area protected from moisture and wind.
