Aviv Orange produces bright orange to rust peony-shaped flowers averaging 4–5" in width on tall 12–16" stems. It blooms in late spring for zones 8–11 to early summer for zones 4–7. In zones 8–11 it grows as a perennial, while in zones 4–7, corms should be lifted, dried, and replanted each spring. Expect 5-10 blooms per corm for long-lasting, gently scented blooms favored by florists for arranging. Ranunculus are deer-resistant and do well in beds, borders, or pots.
