Angled Multi-Grip Barbell

The Angled Multi-Grip Barbell gives you multiple grip positions for presses, rows, and curls, with angled neutral grips designed to reduce stress on the wrists and shoulders. The different grip positions also let you vary your training, with closer grips focusing on the triceps and wider grips targeting the pectoral muscles. It features four knurled textured grip sets angled 30-degrees and spaced roughly 2.5" apart. With eight uniquely angled, two-way neutral grip bars, each grip includes a single knurl mark to keep a center hold on the bar. This Swiss bar has a weight capacity of up to 1,900 LB and is compatible with most standard power racks and Olympic plates, with a frame width designed for easier racking.
