Description
The 6' stone lighthouse is a permanent-feeling landmark - a half-ton of stone veneer on a framed tower, capped in poly, with interior tower lighting included. It arrives palletized by freight and needs a firm, level pad.
This version is built around a working mailbox set into the tower - a real curbside mailbox that also happens to be a 6' lighthouse. (Post and sign hanger not included.)
Real stone and mortar. The tower is stone veneer set in grout over a framed core, with a poly lantern room and trim on top. Pick one of four stone/grout combinations - Brown Stone/Tan Grout, Tan Stone/Ivory Grout, Grey Stone/Grey Grout or Grey Stone/Black Grout - and a poly color for the top and trim.
Lighting - what's included and the upgrades
Every lighthouse ships with a standard 25-watt bulb, socket and 8' cord - plug it into an outdoor outlet or extension cord and it lights. Interior tower lighting is included on every stone lighthouse. Optional upgrades: a dusk-to-dawn sensor that switches the light on automatically; an electric rotating beacon (36 rpm); a solar light kit with LED, ground spike and built-in dusk-to-dawn sensor - no cord needed. Lighting components carry a 1-year warranty.
Shipping & setup
Ships fully assembled by LTL freight, palletized, with curbside liftgate delivery. Set it on a firm, level pad (pavers or a concrete slab); its own weight keeps it in place. Delivery is to the lower 48 states.
Warranty & care
Poly components are warranted for 5 years of residential use against defects in materials and workmanship; lighting components for 1 year. Slight fading, surface scratches and stains from prolonged contact with liquids are normal and not defects. Clean with mild dish detergent and water (pressure washer OK up to 1,500 PSI).
