Tika Star grows 14 to 16 inches tall and produces crisp white blooms edged in bold cherry-red. As a Peruvian amaryllis from the Southern Hemisphere, it blooms earlier than many traditional varieties, flowering in just 35 to 40 days. Each bulb produces two to three sturdy stems with three to four large flowers per stalk.
