Alpha Series - Lateral Raise

The Alpha Series Lateral Raise is designed to isolate and strengthen the medial deltoids with consistent, balanced motion. Its robust 2 by 3 inch steel frame and 2.5 millimeter wall thickness provide a stable foundation for effective shoulder work.

The arm pads move in a guided path driven by a pin-selected weight stack, CNC-machined pulleys, and a 4.8 millimeter cable system. Adjustable seat height supports proper alignment, while premium padding and sleek shrouding maintain user comfort and machine aesthetics.
