Adagio Miscanthus Grass

Adagio Miscanthus grass is a dwarf cultivator from the Miscanthus family only reaching three to four feet tall and wide. Adagio provides great texture and interest with its striking silver grey foliage. In late Summer to early winter this grass produces pink feathery plumes that mature to white. The foliage dry out and turn to a light tan color that can be left along with the plumes to provide interest in the landscape during winter. In spring the foliage should be trimmed to the ground before new growth appears. Right after trimming is the ideal time to divide Adagio if desired.
