DESCRIPTION:
A pair of round brilliant lab diamonds held in a four-prong basket — four claws rising from a square cradle of gold that supports the stone from beneath. The basket lifts the diamond clear of the ear and leaves the sides open, so light reaches the pavilion as well as the table. Butterfly friction backs.
