12 kW Heating Element 240V 3-Phase | MS Series

Mr. Steam Element MS 12kW 240/3 is a genuine, high-capacity replacement built to restore factory performance in MS Series—particularly MS Super 2—steam generators running on 240V three-phase power. Delivering a full 12 kW of heating, it brings larger or heavily tiled enclosures to temperature quickly and sustains dense, even vapor for consistent comfort. The 5 lb assembly is engineered for steam-room realities, using steam-rated, corrosion-resistant construction and robust terminations that stand up to heat, humidity, and repeated thermal cycling. A true OEM-style fit aligns with existing control logic and mounting geometry, enabling a clean, plug-and-play install that preserves safety interlocks and minimizes downtime. Balanced three-phase delivery enhances electrical efficiency, reduces voltage sag and nuisance trips, and helps prevent overshoot or short cycling—keeping your Mr. Steam system running reliably session after session.
