12 kW Heating Element 208V 1-Phase | MS Series

Mr. Steam Element MS 12kW 208/1 is a high-capacity replacement heating element engineered to restore factory performance in MS Series—specifically MS Super 2—steam generators running on 208-volt single-phase power. Delivering a full 12 kW of output, it drives rapid heat-up and steady, even vapor so larger enclosures reach and hold target temperatures without overshoot or short cycling. The robust 5 lb assembly uses steam-rated, corrosion-resistant construction to withstand continuous heat, humidity, and mineral exposure inside the generator bay, protecting terminals and preserving long service life. Designed for a clean OEM fit, it aligns with Mr. Steam control logic and mounting geometry for plug-and-play installation that minimizes downtime and keeps safety interlocks intact. Choose this element to maintain efficient operation, predictable comfort, and consistent steam quality in demanding residential or light commercial settings.
